Top Ten Weekly Warrior Workouts (December)

1:
Galois:  16 degrees, wind speed calm, 11:00 AM
3.00 mile run in 30 minutes 33 seconds
before the run I lifed weights, 100 push ups, and 20 minutes of Yoga after the run.


2:
Galois:   35 degrees, wind speed 12 mph WNW:  12:32 PM
3.77 mile run in 38 minutes 55 seconds
before the run I lifted weights, 45 push ups, and 20 minutes of Yoga after the run.

3: 
Galois:  38 degrees, wind speed 13 mph SSE: 10:57 PM
2.61 mile run in 31 minutes and 32 seconds
Ran in short sleeve shirt and added 10 push-ups and 10 sit-ups at the beginning, mile one, mile two, and the finish

Mort: 5 minutes run, 5 minutes walk, 5 minutes run, 5 minutes walk
